Dr. Philip W. Kramer is a board certified ophthalmologist and has been in practice since 1984. He has been practicing for over 37 years on Staten Island. As an ophthalmologist in NY, Dr. Philip Kramer is trained to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases or trauma of the eye.
